Door lock didn’t work, the front desk let me in. I didn’t realize I slept all night without the door being locked because the battery was dead. The Internet NEVER worked, TV didn’t work and the coffee maker was broke. The only thing nice I can say is the room was clean.

I have stayed at many Hamptons across the country, and this location is NOT a Hampton Inn. Service was great, quality not aligned with their brand.

Absolutely the worst place we've stayed! Room was tiny and very run down. Lights beside the bed are dangling by the wires, old soap laying in the shower, phone is gone an wires just laying on the floor. Asked about pop machine an the only pop an water they have is for diamond club members. Can't even buy one! Bags of trash in the hallway. I would have left but it's the only place that took my dog. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

I think one star is too much for this hotel. They treat people rudely and told me they changed my room for no reason. They threw away my food, which was in the fridge, and I'm starving now. My advice is don't come here.

I'm a diamond member and stay at 100+ Hampton Inns each year. This one is on my "don't go here unless you have to" list. It's "fine." You won't have a dirty room, you won't have a total dump, but it's just "fine." Usually staying at a Hilton property you expect "good" at minimum, but this is "fine." It's hard to describe. It's just really tired looking on the inside and so many little things, like broken lamps, shower heads not working right, etc. It all adds up. And house keeping trying to open doors at 9am when check out is 11. If you HAVE to stay here, it'll be fine. It's a nice area and it's not a septic pit, but you won't be impressed. Good for one night that's about it.
