- SHSarah HatleyJan 4, 20262.0We should have looked at the reviews before booking this hotel, but we haven't ever had issues with a Hilton hotel especially a Hampton Inn. The hotel was in a good location and that was the only thing going for this place stuck in the past. It needs a major upgrade. The room and bathroom were dark and in need of a big remodel. There was mold all around the window and the air conditioner. At breakfast the lady making it, was on her speaker phone or just on the phone the entire time we ate. I had to throw a bagel that was stale and sounded like a rock. I grabbed a bagel from the back of the row that was much softer. The 'hot' breakfast was not at all edible. When throwing away the stale bagel I noticed a lot of food was in the trash and after trying the 'hot' breakfast I understood why. Mine joined the waste. We weren't offered our water bottles and there was mold around the ice machine so I wasn't getting ice from there!

Receptionist was sloppily dressed. Not professional attire. Not to normal Hampton Inn standards. Do not recommend you stay here. Lots of other hotels in the area.

- TBTonia BNov 19, 20252.0Door lock didn’t work, the front desk let me in. I didn’t realize I slept all night without the door being locked because the battery was dead. The Internet NEVER worked, TV didn’t work and the coffee maker was broke. The only thing nice I can say is the room was clean.

Lights beside the bed are dangling by the wires,old soap laying in the shower,phone is gone an wires just laying on the floor. Asked about pop machine an the only pop an water they have is for diamond club members. Can't even buy one! Bags of trash in the hallway. I would have left but it's the only place that took my dog. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
