The shower pressure in our room was very poor but people that we were there with say that their shower pressure was great, so maybe it was just our room. The breakfast was nothing to talk about. The eggs were very watery. The sausage and potatoes were good and then there were waffles, muffins and other things. Coffee was god awful. Seemed like it had been sitting for hours. So stay at the hotel and get breakfast somewhere else.

After the reservation made on September 28th for October 10, Reagan at the hotel called at 4:05pm (check in is at 430) and stated that this hotel is NOT for locals and canceled the reservation for 2 rooms for 1 night. This was a reservation for a birthday for 6 little girls. With 25 minute notice, This cancelation left everyone out extra money scrambling to get last minute plans and a place as the girls were looking to swim. I called Rachel the manager at the hotel and was told that this hotel is for travelers and too bad and to contact Hilton. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL if you're local, group or want o simply get together with family to swim. Sad as the Hampton is a good Hilton brand but this specific hotel just gives a bad taste to the name.
