This hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything from the rooms to the common areas felt organized and inviting. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Emma at the front desk truly stood out. She was friendly, professional, and so helpful at checkin. She took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made a great stay even better.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn, and I especially want to highlight Emma at the front desk. She was truly exceptional — everything went so smoothly thanks to her. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. And she had such a calm presence after a long day of traveling. Honestly, this stands out as one of the best front desk experiences I’ve ever had.

Rooms were nice and clean. New sheets etc. Only problem was the heater kept running no matter how it was set so we turned it off. There are plenty of outlets, fridge, microwave, hairdryer and coffee pot. Breakfast was great many choices. Right off interstate and access to about anything. Did not like the $32 dollar. reservation fee that was charged for quanteeing the room . Had no idea about it until I read my text night before leaving I thought I called the hotel itself and I guess the number was for lebanon hotel but routed elsewhere. So not happy about that. Otherwise it's very clean and nice. Update. Called the reservation line explained that I did not ask for room refund quantee so they refunded my $32.

The room was very nice. There was plenty of space. The bathroom was also spacious. For breakfast, they provided the usual cereal, bagels, fruit, and coffee, but they also had a waffle making station and hot food such as scrambled eggs one day and western omelets on another. There was also sausage and fried potatoes. There is a workout room and an indoor pool. The pool has a chair to lower a person into the pool.

The side doors have been “out of order” literally all year. (Ive stayed here multiple times & they’re always locked with signs saying “please use front entrance for now” Very aggravating when the front parking is full & you have to walk around the entire campus. The parking lot doesn’t get salted until mid-day. I slipped on ice & nearly got hurt stepping just outside their front door at 9am while employees were “chilling” at the front desk watching me sliding around. Front desk is missing any courtesy. Just a cold “checking in?, heres your key”. Their snack/beverage selection is quite lacking. Hilton brands are required to have certain items at all times; and they are definitely lacking those. Clearly their maintenance & management needs a little intense fellowship from corporate. 😒
