Water backed up in the sink and the tub very quickly. Fireplace was nice, but knob broke and couldn't get it turned off even with pliers. Turned it off at the main. Breakfast was just okay. Nice presentation, but not tasty.

Service is great, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast couldn’t be better and Wednesday evenings provide a nice free happy hour from 5-7 with beer, wine, soup, appetizers and small salad bar. Small exercise room, guest laundry room and office space are nice amenities.
