    Used to be a regular to meet my kid at University when management was considerate. Stopped staying here after new management tried to nickel-and-dime over an extra hour to spend with my kid. They lost a customer staying multiple days over multiple years. Other hotels have been happy to accommodate and have my repeat business.

    Quick efficient friendly check in, nice clean quiet room, comfortable beds and good HVAC. Everything good except breakfast. The breakfast food room is small and very poorly designed. If it is even slightly busy, it gets all backed up. Putting all the hot food in a small hard to access cabinet with awkward drawers to access the food is BAD design. Coffee was not hot (barely warm) and the food drawers were not stocked. The bread selection was stale bagels and pieces of bread. The dish return area was way in the b ack with people waiting in line to return the used dishes. Nice hotel but a little more thought and effort on breakfast area is needed.
