The solution to the mattress being cleaned was to spray the mattress with something good smelling and flip the mattress and this is a supervisor telling their staff to do this. How disgusting. How many more rooms are like this?

- DDDonaldSep 3, 20252.0So we didn’t have a great stay. The tub wasn’t in great shape and the shower walls had a large glob of hair on it. The trash can wasn’t emptied and a babies diaper was in it. The in room coffee supplies was missing sugar and creamer. Finally the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable and thus we didn’t get a good night sleep.
