    I stayed 4 nights for a company trip and received amazing service. Kimberly was extremely nice at the front desk and the morning breakfast staff were friendly as well. Location was extremely quiet and relaxing. No complaints from me

    Elevator has a smell. Leak in lobby roof. An old building. Wonderful staff who do multiple jobs with a great attitude.

    I do not write negative reviews, but I feel this is necessary. I left a very expensive blow-dryer at this hotel in late July. I called the next day and the run-a-round started. Leaving the blow dryer was totally my fault and I take full responsibility, however, I expected a little help from this hotel and got none. I was told on the 3rd phone call I made to them that the blow dryer had been found exactly were I told them I left it and that the manager would call me for address to send it to. I never heard from them, so I called again and talked to someone else and left yet another message and got no call back. On about the 5-6 phone call to them over a period of a week, I was told to fill out a report on Ileftmystuff.com. On that day the person I talk to also verified that my dryer had been found and once I filled out the form online it would be mailed to me. She took my address and assured me it would be sent by the post office and I would have to pay the expenses. I was very pleased. Weeks passed and nothing came so I called again today. Now I am being told the blow dryer was never found. Wow, I am disappointed in the front desk help of this hotel. I hate they are understaffed but they need help in organizing their systems. After 2 months of run-a-round my item has disappeared, shocker. Again, my fault for leaving it but I had hope of its return. I would have even sent pizza and cookies for their help. :( Rooms: ok, decent but not your typical Hampton Inn
