The Bad: We stayed in room 210 over Christmas Eve for a few nights.The first issue I had was the large stain on the carpet, it was a turn off for me because it was brownish/red and although it did not smell at all I kept wondering what the heck it was the whole time I stayed.The shower had that pink mold that tends to stick to showers, the shower gel was empty( worst thing to find out once you are in the shower and all wet already), the toilet handle has to be held down until it fully flushes, in the morning for 3 days in a row no utensils metal or plastic available to eat with. I asked the person stocking the breakfast bar ( breakfast was limited in choices) and his response was that there were not any because people take them to their rooms at night. The telephone did not work either so every time I had a question I had to go down to the front desk. In short we will never stay at this particular Homewood Suites again.

However I'm on a business trip for 2 weeks and they offer laundry room but does not supply a way to get change for said equipment . So people on business trips apparently have to go out of there way to a laundry matt wasting time and comfortability. They have a atm but what good is that when there's no change machine. Cooperate needs to do something about this before everyone runs around here stinking. For the price it's a miniscule issue that was obviously overlooked for a long time and that nobody cares. I expect this from a motel 6, not from this place. Get it together cooperate. So customers don't have to deal with your lack of thoughtfulness. Other than that....it's pretty nice here ☺️❤️
