The hotel did reimburse the one night stay, but a very unfortunate and traumatic event. The employee had to find another place to stay at a fairly late time of night. The hotel did not have any other rooms available which was a blessing because she didn't feel comfortable staying there.

- TTTSNov 28, 20253.0Stayed for its proximity to the Embassy Theatre across the street to watch a concert. Got in late evening after flying all day. We had several pieces of luggage and was already tired of getting them from the parking garage to the lobby. Got up to our room to find out we’d been given the wrong room and on the wrong floor so we had to lug the luggage back to the elevator. I haven’t ever stayed at a Hilton before and expected better quality. It’s mediocre at best. The sofa was worn with cobwebs at the back corner of it I noticed when trying to pull it out to cover with a sheet. In on of the open cubbies in the TV cabinet was noticeable dust towards the back. The sofa and chair were both uncomfortable. The worst was the condition of the furniture in the common areas. All chairs and sofas were visibly worn. I know this is a very busy hotel with all the venues. But, the furniture was disgusting.I wasn’t able to add those pictures here.
