I tipped well and sat down to eat. The coke was completely flat and there was no dressing for the salad. I tried to catch the delivery person but could not. When I called they had to ask for my room # again and said they would bring a new Coke and the dressing. I waited 30 mins and it was still not delivered so I called again and said it was still not delivered and someone else answered and for some reason they did not need my room number this time. Weird. When they brought it they gave me two diet Cokes..... I did not ever say diet coke. I gave up.

The room is comfortable, equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, safe and fully accessible bathroom. The breakfast is good too. You can also order omelette, waffle, pancake, french toast, from the kitchen. They also provide free pickup and send off to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Is what i was told even tho i reserved my room the day before . So I had a set reservation. The lady with the initials JH was very rude i didn’t understand why . In the mist of us talking and me asking her questions about how i reserved a room and it was given away . She tells me they have my room ready . I go In the room and notice the sink was leaking i let the maintenance man know who was in our room while we were bringing our items in . There was also food under the couch that was from the previous people who stayed in the room . It was dust every where . On the entertainment center where the tv sits . It just was a really horrible time there and i expected My experience downtown to be a lot better than staying anywhere else . I am also from Fort Wayne and was bragging to my friend about how nice it was for that to be our experience.
