Great stay! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the stairway smelled like weed really bad for 2 days so we stopped using them. Then one day (only one day) the lobby smelled like weed, disgusting! I expect that from like a super 8 or motel 6 but not a hilton. I know they can't control people actions but maybe have a deodorizer or check the stairs more often or enforce the no smoking rule more. But still it was a great stay and I would stay here again! Again the staff was phenomenal!

Ended up waiting a hour and a half for the room to be ready , which is crazy but things happen. Got to the room we had a lot planned and went on with our plans for the day when it was time to get into bed we pulled back the covers and I kid you not they had a way smaller mattress on a king size metal frame that stuck out on all sides that was covered by the covers . We paid for a king size room . There wasn’t enough room on this bed to sleep comfortably so after a couple hours trying to sleep we just left around 2 am to find a new room . If they cut corners like this to still sell it as a king size room then what else corners are they cutting . That being said there was a older black lady at the front deck who was the nicest person you could ever meet and give her 10/10 she is the only reason we didn’t just leave after waiting a hour and half for our room to be available

The breakfast has been amazing the last 3 mornings I’ve been here, (coffee is fantastic)which is rare at some hotels. The cleanliness is great with anything I need on hand. I know it’s a business but they do make you feel at home. Thank you again Hampton Inn DuPont staff.

I was helped by Danielle, who was a great representative of the Hampton. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best rate possible for my stay. I appreciated the courtesy and the pleasurable experience so much that I extended my stay and had the pleasure of meeting the general manager. I would say Hampton Dupont location is one of the best thank you to all the staff.
