- LJLuchano Jones1 day ago5.0Great service and decent hotel. We were promptly greeted, checked in and given our goodies as a valuable Honor Hilton. As you can see we love our goodies. Michael the General Manager and his staff took well care of us, and remediate a minor problem with bedding. The gym is well equipped and served our needs. The hotel is close eateries, shopping and very quiet. Believe us, it is a very nice, clean modern hotel. Great bed, and lovely hotel. Close to many amenities.

More than 10 minutes waiting for someone from the hotels to appear, a line of 3 people waiting, some of the customers tired from waiting when to the back side of the front desk to look for a hotel employee. The employee looks to be upset and didn’t treat me well… let’s see how it goes the next days

Dried pee around toilet seat floor area and one of the beds seemed broken on one side (when you sat on one side it would hit the floor) Do not recommend room 406 until they fix these issues.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The service was top-notch from start to finish — you can tell this team truly cares about their guests. A special shoutout to Moanka, the absolute star of the team — her warm attitude and professionalism made my experience unforgettable. Libbie and Janif were also fantastic, always friendly and attentive. It’s clear that Mike Clark, the GM, knows how to pick a winning team because every staff member went above and beyond. Kiera, the Team Lead, did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. This hotel delivers on every level — clean rooms, great service, and an outstanding team that makes you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!
