Tracy was absolutely ammazing, her and a young man I don’t recall if his name was Marvin or Melvin but he was just as sweet as pie. Tracy assisted us with our check in and check out and even showed me how to use the kiosk so I could get myself a drink for the road. And the young man was so welcoming and attentive to our questions and needs. The two of them made the stay what it was, the cleaning staff was also lovely and smiled and greeted us every time we would walk by. I frequently stay in hotels for work and I have to say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely divine and spotless with plenty of room to visit with family and the lobby was stunning. 10/10 across the board. I look forward to coming back to this hotel in November and December for holidays with family out here.
