We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub which was spacious and enjoyable until the next morning when the wallpaper began to peel off the wall after we turned the heat on in the room. There was no vent in the room which is poor design on Hilton’s part because there’s obviously some mold and mildew issues happening... This hotel’s saving grace was their amazing service staff, they were awesome. The hotel manager handled the situation well and refunded the room for us. The breakfast attendant was one of the kindest of men you’ll meet, the food area was kept immaculately clean and the lemon poppyseed scones were delicious. But overall, this hotel is dated and in need of renovations, they said they’re slated to begin renovations Feb 1st but it can’t come soon enough for the hotel’s staff who are doing their best to give their customers a safe and pleasant stay. As far as the Hilton conglomerate goes: do better for your staff and the people who stay at your hotels whom you owe your riches to. People over profits!

Great location. Convenient to everything we were there for. Parking filled up in front but more found in rear. Just need key card to enter from the back so check in before parking there. Rooms were nice and offered a decent breakfast. Coffee was good and nice juice varieties. Only negative during our 3 night stay was the a/c was broken and not working in all the hallways. So nice hot walk anytime you ventured to and from rooms. Also due to temp, musty smell in hallways. Should have been a priority to have fixed. Great stay otherwise.

Stayed at this Hampton about a week and a half ago. I stayed in Rm 202 I believe. As soon as I entered the room I was hit with a nasty smell, like a locker room. I traced it to the pull-out couch or the carpeting around it. That couch needs to be fumigated. I mentioned to the desk clerk on checkout.
Overall the room was ok otherwise except for the soft mattress.
Also no alarm clocks, yes I had to figure out how to use my phone alarm.
Breakfast so-so. They had biscuits but no gravy., and other typical fare.
