I traced it to the pull-out couch or the carpeting around it. That couch needs to be fumigated. I mentioned to the desk clerk on checkout. Overall the room was ok otherwise except for the soft mattress. Also no alarm clocks, yes I had to figure out how to use my phone alarm. Breakfast so-so. They had biscuits but no gravy., and other typical fare.
