Very happy with my stay here. Rooms were nice and the location worked well for my needs. The free breakfast was an average (at best) continental breakfast. I don't expect super fancy free breakfast so not a big deal. 100% would stay here again.

I needed a place to stay for a week. We use Hilton properties all the time. I called a day before my stay to request a non-pet friendly room (do to allergies) and to see if we could get early check in. The staff was very unhelpful. Stated all rooms were pet friendly and that I would have to ask tomorrow the next day about early check in. I asked if there was anyway to put me in a room that had not had a pet in it recently. She said there was no way to track that and that all the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. I said there is no way to track where pets have been even though you charge an extra fee for pets? There has to be a way to look up an individual room and see if that charge has been made recently. She then said she could have her manager call me the next day and that I would have to call during normal business hours (I asked what those were for a manager on Sundays) she started 9-4. I never received a call from the manager. I didn’t end up needed early check in. I brushed it off. The Hilton app allow one to check in and it suggested room #220. We got there and checked in on the app. Upon arriving to the room we discovered it wasn’t super clean like the front desk staff had said. I do have high expectations and my room wasn’t exceptionally clean and the bathroom sink would fill with water and take forever to drain. There was hair in the shower and the walls handy appears to be wiped/scrubbed either. There was appeared to be mold on the ceiling that they had covered up before. And even the shower curtain looked like it had some spots of it on it. The linens and bed were clean. The fridge was clean on the inside. Overall, I made it through the week thank goodness I brought shoes to wear in the shower. See photos below.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary weekend and were disappointed, unfortunately. While the staff were friendly, beds were comfy, and the room was clean, the purpose of staying there to get a good night’s sleep was not accomplished. The room temperature was extremely uncomfortable. While we had the thermostat set on the lowest setting of 67° it would only kick on for a few minutes and then turn right off. So we were up all night long tossing and turning and very unrested for the days’ activities. The phone in our room didn’t work so I was unable to call down to the front desk. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower head was barely connected to the wall with extremely few spouts of water coming out, reminded me of trying to take a shower in a camper. The bathroom sink to wash your hands was external to the room that has the shower and the toilet and unfortunately right next to the bed. Anytime anyone had to get up throughout the night to use the restroom, it was quite bothersome to those sleeping. Unfortunately, for the money paid and the fact that the Hilton name was tied to the hotel, we were disappointed and expecting much nicer accommodations.

I am very upset about my stay at this location. I stayed from 10-1 to 10-10 and during my stay there were painters who were painting the roof. On one of the days there were wind gusts of up to 29MPH, in which they shouldn’t have been painting in the first place, and it covered my $50k car in paint from overspray. I had to hire a professional to remove the paint safely and there are still places that are permanently damaged. I submitted photos to the manager of my car, the invoice and the weather showing the wind on the day it happened and I have yet to hear back about anyone covering the costs of what happened. I am extremely unhappy with this and will be taking steps further to get reimbursed.
