- LHlay HamptonJan 1, 20263.0The lady Michelle was sweet this is a wonderful hotel but what I dislike is the pool design I couldn’t swim like I wanted for the new year and relax in the hot tub because it wasn’t even hot any more it was dirty and the pool with freezing cold I feel like they should say the pool is connected or show how the design of the pool is this is very misleading and upsetting this hotel is only great for a summer stay not winter

Asked front desk and was told housekeeping would take care of it, nope never happened. I ended going to the store and buying 2 pans. No hand towels or dish rags in the kitchen. Trash was only emptied twice in a 9 night stay. Hot tub not worth it, water only lukewarm. Better off staying at the Staybridge down the street.

I attempted to book a nite for the Christkindlmarkt, but didn't make it and it was closed due to freezing temperatures. I realize the hotel cannot help weather, but the manager wouldn't return my call to discuss options. I spoke with several people trying to rebook, but was told my room wasnt refundable and only the manager could help. Didn't expect a refund. Just hoped they would do the decent thing and let me stay another time for my $300 room. Very disappointing service from a Hilton property. Too many other hotel choices for their poor service and strict policies.

I dug out the spare blanket and it was literally coated in hair from top to bottom. The bathroom door had what appeared to be urine and possibly more blood smeared all over it. And the tub did not drain likely due to clogged hair, absolutely disgusting to be standing in a puddle of a thousand strangers hair. Shame on the cleaning staff for neglecting obvious issues. And shame on the management here for clearly not giving a crap.
