When we entered the room our bathroom had three tissues in the dispenser. The handle on the sink came off in your hand, one of the shower doors would fall off if you tried to move it. I was glad we only stayed one night.

1-Star Stay — and that feels generous.
Upon arrival, the night-shift desk worker (a younger girl) spoke to us in one of the most condescending, disrespectful tones I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. When we told her we were in town for the holiday week, she immediately tried to dampen our excitement and dismiss what we had planned, almost eager to be negative for no reason. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, she openly mocked my 13-year-old child’s clothing. Absolutely unacceptable.
We got to the room, and hoping that things would improve… they didn’t. The shower floor was so filthy it looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages (see photo). We had to lay down towels just to stand in it. If you stay here, bring shower shoes.
Breakfast also closed before the posted time, so don’t count on that either.
To top it all off, at 11:30 PM, the same front desk worker texted my phone asking “how our stay was.” What hotel thinks it’s appropriate to text guests that late at night? The entire point of a hotel is rest, not midnight check-ins from staff.
Stayed one night during the week of November 24th, 2025.
Big mistake. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and zero professionalism.
The barking dog that stayed 1 room over was the least of my concerns- take ear plugs.
In response to the feedback that I just received from your reply- There is not a chance that I will EVER again stay in your hotel again or this brand. Your ownership of this hotel has tainted my view of the home2suites brand by Hilton. As a matter of fact, 3 of my family members that swam in your pool became flu ridden within 24 hours.
