    Great location , friendly and helpful staff. My family and I really enjoyed our 2 day stay. The room was clean and remodeled with a huge television and comfortable beds. I was surprised with how big the room was for a standard room. Breakfast isn’t free, but there are plenty of options nearby if you want to go out. Small pool, hot tub and weight room were all nicely maintained and updated. One of the nicer hotels I have been in.

    Employee Jim at the front desk went above and beyond for me! Friendly staff, very clean Rooms, overall nice experience. Breakfast is made to order, using credit from status, or starting around $10 or so.

    Check your bed linens and towels before you unpack and shower. You might find the sheets weren’t changed. Everything seemed decent enough. Until I went to get in bed after taking a shower at about 10:30pm. I found long, dark hair in the bed. A noticeable clump and several long strands. At that hour, I wasn’t going to pack everything back up. I removed the hair and slept poorly on the edge of the bed. The next morning I informed the front desk of the hair and very clearly asked them to have housekeeping change the sheets. When I returned that evening the sheets had been neatened up, but not changed. I went down and asked to be moved to another room. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication or if the person changing that room didn’t feel like the sheets needed changing between guest. Either way, nasty.

    This hotel was undergoing a remodel - a fact that no one disclosed when we booked it. The lobby was dusty, with plastic tarps over seating areas and some tables in the eating area. The pathway to the elevators was dusty with tape and fresh paint on the walls. The exercise area was closed. Our room had been remodeled and was quiet and clean. We were there for 3 nights, so the inconveniences were fairly significant. We would have stayed elsewhere had we know the condition of the facility. I recommend confirming that the remodel is complete before booking.
