Our Bloomington Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel has 82 spacious suites and offers all the comforts of home. Our suites are designed with comfortable accommodations for both business and leisure Indiana travelers staying for a few days or a few weeks! Im convinced cinnamon doesn't even leave the property, I see her on every shift it seems like filling in for people that missed or called in. She always has the same cheerful attitude regardless if its 5 a.m. or 9 p.m. Also hats off to the manager, I didn't catch his name, but I have seen him every shift as well, helping any way he can, cleaning tables at the Wednesday supper, and serving food, always with a good attitude

We went to our room and discovered it had a aroma of cigarette smoke in the room. Notified front desk and they happily switched us to another room. The room was exceptional and clean and the breakfast was a best I seen in a hotel setting. Only thing that I thought that might have been better was I recently became a silver member with hilton honors and did not recieve water bottle and was denied late checkout. Not sure if this was just a standard for the hotel or not but wanted to mention it.
