I am in Production and travel a lot around the U.S and that includes many Hotels. This property is very nice and comfortable compared to a lot! Wonderful clean rooms and a lot of options nearby for food and entertainment! If you are visiting memorial stadium it is a 5 min or less drive! These things are great, but do you know what’s awesome? The service but really an awesome front desk associate named SHYANNE. Shyanne made my stay memorable and relaxing she handled mine and many others needs with compassion care and efficiency! This associate is the Hilton standard and I wish her the best in her journey as she will go far in hospitality!! Thank you for capturing the essence of professionalism and guest experience!!! 5 stars ⭐️ hands down!

Since this hotel has the audacity to charge $700 a night, I will be reviewing it with hotels in its chosen price point. First, there is no way this hotel should charge $700 a night. It’s just abusive and in no way reflects the accommodations and services therein. At best, it’s a $250 a night hotel. The hotel’s location in Bloomington is terrific. They are located near IU and within walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants. That is its selling point. The rooms however leave a lot to be seen. Very basic small rooms. My biggest complaint was the bathroom which housekeeping failed to clean well. Also, the bedding is downright awful. The sheets are fitted and did not fit well on the beds. It’s like they shrunk in washing and were put on as best as they could which meant they easily fell off mattress. The pillows too are awful. No support at all. Moreover, for $700 a night I would expect daily maid service. This is not the case here which is every other day. The staff was friendly but unwilling to do anything beyond the basic. The fact that the elevator going up to 7 story garage was out of service rendered a basic shrug response despite charging hotel guests to park. This at the very least should have been waived due to the inconvenience. If not for the outrageous price tag attached to this room I would be less likely to submit this review. But corporate should pay this establishment a visit to evaluate their facility and service.
