The hotel is very well located for convenience and access to campus as well as shops, bars & restaurants. It’s fairly well appointed in a “college” theme. The lobby bar, restaurant & cafe can be quiet at times but also quite lively (after a football game). We enjoyed our stay here and would visit again!

This is a newer property. It is themed for IU as the name may lead you to believe. My room is a King bed and is great. Was very clean and well prepared, and has anything needed for a short to intermediate stay. The location has a lounge area which seems to be used as a study hall for IU students. The atmosphere is like a library. They also have a pub/grille in house with a good selection of apps, sandwiches, and entrees. It is slightly higher price than off property options, as is common for hotel eateries. The fitness center is more extensive than the typical hotel. There is plenty of space so you aren't on top of others using the facility. I'm in Bloomington a few times per year for work and this will be my first choice moving forward!

This is a great location right off campus. Good rooms, clean and modern, and features a. excellent fitness center Also a servicable coffee place that is popular with students. Deducting a few stars as a caution to business or tournament travelers- this is one of the very few Hiltons I have visited that does not allow an earlier date checkout (even with more than 24 hours notice). Well, they'll allow you to "check out" but will still charge you the full length of stay:). I had a Wednesday to Sunday reserve (originally cancellable a day in advance under reserve rules) and asked on Friday early afternoon if I could check out the next day Saturday (one day early). Was denied! Anyway, tournment or biz travelers should be aware of this - all the other hotels in the area allowed the other parents to check out a day early.

I'm met a friend there who had stayed the night and we had breakfast and the restaurant within the hotel. Fabulous breakfast sandwich and a large portion. Staff was pleasurable and interactive.
