Staff were all professional and courteous. Breakfast could've been better. Two growing trends in MANY hotels (Yes we travel a lot), cutting costs on providing certain foods that are typically offered and website stating pools and hot tubs are available. Then when you arrive, "Sorry our pools are down. Sorry for the inconvenience. So traveling with kids, or wanting to relax in a hot tub after traveling is always a plus. Something should be said, during the booking process if these amenities are not available.

We stayed on the highway side of the building, but if you want a little quiet, just ask and see if there are rooms on the other side of the building. The woman who cleans the breakfast tables is super sweet!!

Nice enough hotel as long as you didnt come here to sleep. Ear plugs or not, you won't be doing much of that with the noise. Also, there's no hot tub as indicated in the plethora of pictures. They took it out. Whole reason we booked here and not the holiday inn express. Will def be doing that next time, and maybe get some sleep. Take heed to all the reviews on the horrible horrible noise.l, cause its 100% true.

Morning shift lady had the absolute worst attitude I've ever seen over simply requesting a late check out after arriving at 3am due to a snow storm. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are old. Had to move from 1st room because temperature could not be adjusted up or down. They have these 3 layer bedding that a sheet, blanket and comforter are stitched together, so if you're hot you can't remove just one layer. There are cracks in walls, dirty tubs, nasty carpet floors and air conditioners that have probably been there before I was born. The rooms smell of an odd scent, possibly bug spray or some type of chemical cleaner. We will NEVER come back here!
