    I have stayed at this location a few times and previously had a good experience. Last stay was not. I was a bit disappointed waking up to find they had switched out to different waffle irons so they only had thin waffles instead of the thick Bavarian ones they had from the previous stay. Not a deal breaker. But this was: Our team (three of us so three rooms) arrived later on a Sunday evening and we had rooms reserved for two nights. I mentioned to the attendant at the desk when we checked in about the following night that we may finish with our project and would not need to stay both nights. She said if we are not checked out by 3 pm that we would be charged for the room. This seemed like a very generous policy but didn't think anything more of it. We came back to the hotel the following day after completing the project and went to check out before 2:30. I approached the front desk and greeted Travis (the general manager). I asked how he was doing and he responded that things were not going well due to network issues so he was already in a negative mood. I mentioned we were checking out and he brazenly said we will be charged for the second night. He said the hotel was booked solid and could not possibly clean the rooms in time for more guests. He lied about the hotel being booked. I looked online and there were several available that night. There was also cleaning staff still cleaning rooms. I don't like being lied to so you can make a few extra dollars. You have definitely lost any respect from me and hope this review has a positive impact on your career. I am not wanting to bring you down but hope you can grow from this. You are the top dog at this facility and owe it to your employer and your customers to provide better service than what you offered that day.

    GOT WAY HERE FOR MY RESERVATIONS THAT WAS PAID FOR PRIOR TO ME ARRIVING ONLY TO BE TOLD I HAD TO PAY $54 ADDITIONAL FOR A INCIDENTAL FEE THAT WAS NOT TOLD TO ME OR EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I FIRST MADE AND PAID FOR MY ROOM&I ONLY HAD THE ROOM FEE ON MY CARD WHICH WAS A BIG INCONVENIENCE FOR ME I AM PISSED AND THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ME BEFORE NOT WHEN I ARRIVE TO THE ROOM TO STAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THEN THE ATTENDANT CLAIMED SHE CALLED THE MANAGER WHICH I DONT THINK SHE DID SHE CAME BACK OUT SAYIN THE MANAGER SAID NO LIKE DIDNT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ME WHATSOEVER

    I stayed here for 2 weeks, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable. It was quiet here as well. There are several restaurants in the area. And a casino next door. I didn’t get to try the breakfast.

    This hotel was perfect. The room was huge and had enough space. The room was definitely clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great close to so many things. Enough options for breakfast here. Definitely will stay here again.
