What a great group of people to represent the Hampton/Hilton brand. I highly recommend staying at the Waukegan location for the staff alone. All the other services and amenities are icing on the cake. The rooms are nice and comfortable as well.

I found a bed bug in my room, I notified the manager and he tells me with attitude that this was nothing, showing him the picture of the bed bug. So be very careful when you stay in this hotel.

There was a tube of toothpaste on top of the shower frame, a dirty q-tip under the sink, and the pump on the lotion bottle was dirty (I wiped it with Clorox wipes before I would touch it). It was obvious that there was no check for quality on the room after it was cleaned. The pillows were very small almost like they were throw pillows instead of pillows for the bed. I contacted the hotel via text since they asked me how things were and the reply I received was to call and speak with a manager tomorrow. When I asked for an email for the manager I was sent the phone number for the hotel. Not the best answers... Hilton please do better as your quality is going down as of late...
