The rooms need to be updated and deep cleaned. The room was very dark, even with all the lights on. There is no overhead light in the room, only lamps. Upon further inspection, the upholstered chair and carpet looked very dirty and the room itself was very dusty. I wiped off all surfaces with clorox wipes because the dresser top and countertop did not look clean. The next day, the front desk said they would empty our garbage because we had large pizza & takeout boxes, as well as dirty diapers. We were gone the whole day. They did not empty the garbage until midnight that night when I asked again. The next day it took them until the evening time(after 6pm) to clean our room. The staff seemed polite, but always promised service that did not arrive until after the sun went down (after 6pm or later).

This stay was an absolute disaster, marked by a filthy room, broken fixtures, and unprofessional staff. Our room had visible stains on the sheets and a terrible smell. Book the room for a family wedding that was close by. Couple had blocked off rooms and the hotel ignored the block and told guest it was $269 a night with no shuttle. Other wedding guest stayed at Comfort Inn and had a great stay at a reasonable price. BOOK Comfort Inn in the same parking lot as this place!!!!!

This experience was so poor that I’m honestly in disbelief. The staff clearly think very highly of themselves. My check in experience was with a slender, middle aged bald man who made it his mission to be argumentative and unhelpful. My coworker, who checked in after I did mentioned the same. It’s like he tried to use as few words as possible. Then when I had a question, his tone became almost hostile. I had a meeting room reserved, and no paper or pens were provided. That’s the first time I ever experienced that when using a conference room at a hotel. Also as soon as I began my presentation, an overhead speaker shorted out and began screeching, completely disrupting what we were doing. It took almost 30 minutes to get a maintenance person to look at it. Breakfast is $17 for cold eggs that are what other places serve as free continental. Coffee that has zero flavor. Cooks that are screaming at each other during service. The lobby is worn and dated, with dirty couches, seating areas that need deep cleaning, and outlets that don’t work, which we needed to use for work. We worked late and decided to order dinner, and my order was wrong. The rooms were dingy- my tub was falling apart and there was rot all the way around the air conditioner. Honestly the whole place is grime filled and I’m so sorry I stayed here. The ONLY positive I can think of was Joanna, the bartender. She was pleasant, and never stopped moving the entire time we saw her working. I’ll gladly switch to Marriott from now on. This was terrible!

Prince was great! Rooms were nice, noisy hallways. Shower was nice and spacious. No exhaust fan in bathroom was a bummer. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary coffee was good. Nice garden areas outside with beautiful flowers. Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. Ran out of lotion in bathroom. Asked for a fill up but it didn't happen.
