We've stayed here multiple stays, with multiple nights each time. Breakfast area is way way too small and disorganized. I never eat downstairs, I spend more time fighting for food to put on my plate than I do going back to my room to eat. Pool area was iffy our first stay so we haven't tried since. ( such as overwhelming chlorine smell) We are repeat customers because we love the staff. Everyone is always always so nice. I repeated that part because its the most important especially for staff to know. We visit family in Chicago and pick this hotel every time.

Makes more sense to allow when there obviously no where to sit. The food options very: over cooked omelets, water downed scrambled eggs, boiled eggs chicken sausage, dinner link sausage sliced, bacon, some sort of potatoes (wedges/cubes w/ or w/o skin), oatmeal, cereal, waffles, misc. Fruits. Drinks: coffee/ juice/ hot chocolate/ teas Room: cleaned every other day, the cleaning staff barely understand anything you are trying to ask them and refers to front desk for help. Parking: Free, but can fill up fast
