    It’s a fair hotel for one or two night stay. The staff is kind and helpful. I had my room on the ground floor and there was a little bit bad smell because of the moisture. I couldn’t figure out how they grant the proper air changing in the room. Seems to me there is inly a fan-coil which is only suitable for heating or cooling and very loud (in silent settings too). The pool area is something nice to have. I don’t understand what’s the reason of the plastic furniture/poor furnishing and low quality design. The gym is great. The breakfast is the usual artificial scrambled eggs, ultraprocessed foods. And a lot of plastic garbage after a simple breakfast is something what needs to be changed.

    Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The early 5:30 a.m. breakfast is a great touch for those with early flights. The reliable and efficient shuttle service is a huge perk. I’ve stayed at hotels that partner with unreliable operators, and it makes a world of difference. The Park N Jet staff providing the service for this Hampton Inn are top notch. The pickup spot at Terminal 2 was a bit of a trek from Terminal 3, but fortunately the drop-off is right at the check-in desks. There are no food options within walking distance, but it’s less than $10 by Uber to reach restaurants within a two-mile radius. To nit-pick, despite the proximity to O'hare, even rooms on the top floor facing the airport are not good for plane-spotting.
