I've stayed at 20+ Hilton properties (was Diamond), and, in my opinion, this is HANDS DOWN THE SINGLE WORST HILTON I've encountered.
Overly expensive rooms, a sub-par "restaurant" (note the quotes there), young, unattended children screaming and running down the halls at 11:00pm, thin walls, apathetic employees who just shrug when you inform them of all the issues, "Security" who does nothing despite calls/reports from multiple rooms on the same floor, and... so much more!
If you want to see the very worst of the Hilton group portfolio, STAY. HERE.
Hilton will never see another dime from my family.

Solid 4 stars despite some hall clutter the whole visit.
Stayed 10/30 overnight & left early 10/31. Lady working Friday evening around 11pm at front desk was snippy with my wife when she asked a simple consession area question.
Coffee in a.m. was very good.
Id stay again, work on attitudes and common area housekeeping though.

Well,,,when you travel for work, you get pretty good at checking into a hotel. And I understand that things happen!!! And when there is an issue like “we don’t have your payment method and need a credit card” when I know that my company has sent a BEO to the sales department when the reservation was made. So the room is paid for but you need a credit card on file for incidentals. I understand. And when me and my team walked into this Hilton hotel, Tim greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. He did not have a payment method for our rooms and conference room to work in tomorrow. And guess what he did??? He fixed the problem very quickly and got us checked in. He did not do what I often see and blame me for not “paying” for our stay. It was so refreshing to have someone who is amazing at customer service just roll right through an issue, all the while smiling and being very polite and thanking me for staying at this hotel. I wish every hotel employed workers like Tim. Thank you so much for doing your job so well. I have the ability to let the owner of our company know where we should stay and where we should avoid staying. We will be booking at this hotel and every available Hilton hotel as much as possible in the future because of Tim and his work ethic and passion for making our stay the very best he possibly could. And the hotel room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!
