    Hilton garden was so nice to me and my family. They gave us wonderful service. The pool and gym was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend going.

    Would give 5 stars for the Breakfast and breakfast Staff. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. 1st, cancelled our original reservation to add a second room for our additional guests. Ok not sure why we didnt just add the room instead of canceling our original res. But we were hoping to get connecting rooms so not sure if that played a part? Then we were told we'd have to pay for some of us to enjoy the pool. No where is it listed on the website that you may have to pay to swim. Additional guests not registered to the room. Makes sense but it was 2 adults and our 2 kids, so why are we being asked to pay to swim? So we had to wait in line a second time to remediation that situation. Then, it was a misunderstanding and we dont have to pay. Ok... wasted my time..... then, I ask about breakfast. We'll that wasnt the room rate I had. We'll, when I made the original res for 175 it included breakfast and thays what I want. Same rate, but I had to "fight" for us to get the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the rate. Honors discount. The other room, the attendant goofed and was unable to update to the breakfast rate. Said the 7pm lady would have to help her. Go back down to the lady who could help later and told me she can include the breakfast but in the 3 hrs since we checked in, until now, the rate when up 10-15$ is cant recall. Unacceptable! 3rd time down now for incompetent assistance when booking our room from the start, to playing games with an included honors discount breakfast included rate. Then, we go to our rooms and we arent even in connecting rooms. So tell me, WHAT WAS THE POINT? And they dont have rooms that connect available. Seriously, come on. They were busy, I will give them that. But I had to come down multiple times to square away easy administrative tasks that were wrong on their part. At the end of the day, the rooms rates were adjusted and included breakfast but it would've been easier to make our res on the app and never talk to the front desk staff. They confused everything, messed up the rooms, the types and the rates and then when im asking staff that should know what they're doing, tried to charge me MORE! Is this a scam??? Then while at the pool, multiple groups of people preyed on our belongings. Children "falling" grabbing our items and walking away. Or asking to borrow goggles and then the whole family starts packing up, or acting like they're just sitting on our chairs to watch their kids inching closer to our bags, clothes and belongings. Then they needed to "charge" a phone right in the middle of all of our stuff. Seriously, we were preyed on the entire time at the pool. We had to watch our stuff while trying to enjoy the water and pool with our kids. I have traveled to over 30 states, have stayed in SO MANY hotels and NEVER have we experienced this level of poor service and then to experience guests just in waves trying to catch us slipping to steal our belongings. Unacceptable. I hope anyone choosing to take their family here reads this and decides on another hotel. Need security and staff needs help or more training. Unacceptable.

    I’m not exactly sure what’s going on in the kitchen there. We were there a year ago and had a great experience. But now it’s like they don’t have any chefs or people that know how to cook. I miss when the chef would come out and ask how the food was. Now they don’t care.

    NO HOT WATER! If you want to get the service and quality of a Hilton brand, do not stay here! Even worse, the front desk respond with sorry and "we'll look into it". His reaction was that he knew it was an issue and was not surprised. Looking at past reviews, THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR A WHILE. WHY NOT FIXED??? As a Hilton Honors member, I am very surprised by this issue and lack of concern. Not what you expect from a Hilton Brand!

    Easy to get to with a location close to many places to eat. Friday front desk staff. Clean spacious room. Only downside is they have no free breakfast.
