  Close to highway so you get the noise, but not too distracting. Hotel is upgrading wifi, but should focus on room maintenance. Soap holder in shower was coming out of the wall. Wall mounted coat rack also pulling from wall. Slightly warmer than warm water but dont expect piping hot. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was very friendly and check-in and out was fast and easy.

  Nice hotel in a quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that they don't have digital key, you have to check in at the front desk.

  Stayed one night at the Hampton Inn Rockford while passing through. As someone who basically lives in hotels for work, I wanted to clear up a few of the mixed reviews. The staff is great. We arrived late, and the front desk had us checked in with physical keys in hand in under a minute… emphasis on physical. Heads up: this location doesn’t support mobile or digital keys yet. Not the end of the world, but mildly annoying when you’re used to just walking in with your phone. Rooms are definitely smaller than the standard Hampton layout, but honestly, fine for a quick stay. The fridge is a good size, but there’s no microwave, so its usefulness is limited unless you enjoy cold leftovers. The deodorizer situation is… aggressive. Whatever they’re using could probably clear sinuses in a three-state radius. Thankfully, mine was partially masked by some random peppermint oil (perhaps cleaning staff had a headache?), but once that faded, so did my luck. Wi-Fi is the biggest weak point. Totally fine for casual scrolling, but unreliable if you need to work remotely. I couldn’t stay here for a full work week unless I wanted to gamble with my deadlines. As for the shower… yes, the lukewarm thing is real. I let mine run for 45 minutes like I was trying to summon heat, and still no dice. My coworker on floor two had hot water, so maybe it’s just a floor three problem. Breakfast is your classic Hampton spread. Powdered eggs and toast-level enthusiasm. Manage expectations. Cleanliness? Not pristine, but not gross either. It felt about average, nothing that would make me hesitate to sleep there. Bottom line: solid for a one-night stop, great staff, but pricey for what it is. If you’re passing through, go for it. If you’re planning to work or stay longer, maybe find a Hilton with a working mobile key and hotter water.

  This hotel has seen better days. Used to come here alot in the past but have found better updated Hilton properties in the area. They keep saying they are going to remodel/update but hasn't happened over the last 12 months. Employees are great but updating is a major must. Go elsewhere if you can.

  I have stayed there just for 1 night and unluckily got room exactly on far corner of building in direction to highway, so was bit loud from trafic. Despite so I was tired to fall to bed and sleep about 5h. Rooms are simple, maintained, area easy to reach, simple breakfast in rate, close to point I need to be, so at all no dissatifaction but positive impression.
