  My family and friends had a wonderful stayed at this hotel! Check in was fast and easy. Cool features about the building, because it was an old Factory that was remodeled beautifully! Breakfast service was excellent! Happy hours had good selection of drinks but not much snacks. My group ordered from the menu and we shared. The menu had some delicious dishes, like steak, pizza, sliders, hamburgers and chicken wings. Individuals items or dish were between $12-$17. The room have a moody feel, not very bright. But a typical Embassy hotel feel. I've had visit about 6 Embassy hotels in the Chicago area! The game room had a few games and the favorite was the pool table. Across from the game room is the pool/hot tub! It was Very nice with a lot of towels. Clean bathrooms! This hotel was the best Embassy I've been to in a long time! If I could. I'll give this hotel 10 stars for the following Friendly front counter-10 Hotel Staff-10 Breakfast staff and service-10 Cleanliness-10 Maid service-10 Thank you for a wonderful 3 night stay!

  My son and I just stayed here this week and it was fantastic all around. The cleanliness and service of our stay (rooms, lobby, restaurants and breakfast area) were great. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival and the made-to-order breakfast that was also included was top notch. Our room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Only downfall - the bartender was slow to serve and make cocktails. And one of the staff members working the bar turned the MNF game off with 20 seconds remaining and we all had to beg and plead for him to put it back on. We definitely felt rushed out and it didn’t match the rest of our experience. Bonus: We loved the coffee shop attached to the breakfast area…our lattes were delicious!

  We were put in room 501 and immediately upon arriving outside the room we were met with a very strong oder of some horrible type of chemicals, the smell is unexplainable. We continued in the room in hopes it was coming from the hallway, upon entering the room we were hit with the odor. It was so strong inside the room everyone immediately began coughing uncontrollably, our eyes and throats burning. There was a small bkack box on the table in the room. Some type of fan i believe. I had my family gather our belongings and exit the room. I called the front desk and told them what we were experiencing. The front desk clerk came upstairs and verified it did in fact have a horrible unexplainable odor. Upon arriving back downstairs she checked and the room we were given was marked cleaned but not ready to be rented. We were put in a different room, however we suffered the whole night with burning eyes, burning throats and a cough. The whole next day our youngest daughter suffered from all the above. It ruined our trip. I called and spoke to another member at the front desk to explain what we experienced and she also confirmed that the room was marked clean but not ready to rent. And a fan of some sort was put in the room due to an unordinary odor and transferred to the head of engineering (not sure what they would do) but I left a voice mail and have not received a call back. I would at least like my $ back for the inconvenience and the pain and suffering but apparently they dont care enough yo even do that. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to their negligence

  Visiting from Indiana to see Dean Z again. Our room was perfect. Employees very helpful and polite! Only thing I didnt care for was the parking, no parking on-site. They do have a valet service and a place to unload your luggage. You must pay to park if you don't check out at 11am. There are 2 lots are across the street. Was able to scan to attempt to pay, but was unsuccessful. App did not show the 2 lots available for parking. We left at 930am. Probably just in time. Seen the "parking police" out & about checking the lots 😂 Scan to pay for parking in the hotel, or kiosks in the lots as well. A really nice place, super nice town for a visit! Was bone-chilling cold!! (12/18/2025) Maybe why I didn't care for parking situation. I'm sure warmer weather I wouldn't have minded the sprint across the street.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their friendly, professional, and attentive service. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room was well-maintained with modern amenities that made my stay relaxing and convenient. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was spotless and well-stocked. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the atmosphere inside the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Amenities such as the common areas and dining options were well-kept and inviting. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and a great location makes it an outstanding choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.
