Some were clearly under the influence of alcohol, smelled strongly of alcohol, and were even live on TikTok instead of paying attention to the guests. When I asked for blankets, one staff member laughed at me, while another, Milerca ,completely ignored my request. This experience was completely disgusting to me and is one of the most disappointing and disrespectful hotel stays I've ever had. As a customer, I believe we deserved much more respect. These are the pictures of the employees that I asked for blankets and that smelled like alcohol and milerca that ignored my request I don’t recommend nobody to stay at this hotel .
