- JHJames H6 days ago1.0They put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned from someones previous stay. They didn't offer to place is in another room. They gave us new blankets, sheets and pillowcases. We had to switch it all out. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, sink and shower was dirty. There was no hot water in our room. Management came up to me the next day and apologized. She said she would give me points on my Hilton account. I have yet to see any discount or any points. I was billed nearly $200 per night, with extra $75 nonrefundable deposit for having a kenneled dog in our room. To top it all off, we had called ahead and picked this hotel because of the pool. They knew this because I said something on the phone with them when I was making reservations. When we arrive, they say that the pool is out of service all weekend, for our whole stay. So much for letting my daughter swim on the pool on her birthday. All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Oh yeah... The breakfast was mediocre. I like fruit and all the bananas and apples were bad. I could have stayed in another hotel for less considering what this hotel had to offer. Should't pay nearly $400 for two nights and get the kind of service we did. I can't recommend this hotel.

- FSFred StillNov 10, 20255.0This is always my first choice of hotel to stay at when I am in the area. The hotel is a newer style Hampton, so the rooms are nice and spacious. The construction is the typical Hampton style too, noisy floor, thin walls, but fairly standard. I have never had any issues with the rooms being too noisy, especially because the hotel sits far from the busy roads. The staff is always nice and welcoming.
