It was at the front desk. I went to take a shower, the water NEVER turned hot!! The sink water got hot, however it was in reverse! I will never return to stay there.

But the lateness was because they still let me book it and I showed up just to be refused service. I assume the rooms are nice but I was not impressed with the service. They were nice but it was an unpleasant experience
