I requested a room change because the assigned room didn’t have a bathtub, which made it impossible to properly bathe my two young children (ages 2 and 4). She refused to change the room at first, and when she finally agreed to swap it for one that had a bathtub, she demanded an extra $581.60. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable customer service. Families traveling with small children deserve compassion and basic accommodation, not to be charged hundreds of dollars just to have a usable bathtub. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this property.

Clean, well maintained, well structured layout and super spacious rooms. Breakfast area is open, inviting, well lit with great support staff - Veronica during our stay was excellent, great communicator and easy to talk to. Nice Breakfast spread, clean and quality food. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, and desirable location makes this place a great stay - short or long term.
