  Place and staff were awesome !!!! Ridiculously attentive. They welcomed me by name after the first day. Kaliyah and David were perfect even gave me excellent info on local restaurants. Great coffee and waffles there too! If I had anything to say is pool could have been warmer .

  I was charged twice for the same stay at this Hampton Inn. I never made two reservations, never checked into two rooms, and never authorized two charges. When I contacted the hotel multiple times — including in person — I was repeatedly told “the manager isn’t in” and given the same excuse over and over with zero resolution. Staff claimed I had “two reservations” but could not provide proof, reservation numbers, emails, or any evidence showing I authorized a second booking. Instead of fixing a clear billing error, the hotel has chosen to deflect responsibility and ignore the issue, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company and escalate to Hilton corporate. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for a Hilton-branded property. Guests should not have to chase management or fight for refunds for mistakes they did not make. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to risk being double charged and ignored afterward.

  If you’re looking for a clean and affordable stay, this hotel meets the standard. We stayed for one night the day after Christmas and while busy, the hotel service was good. Great selection for breakfast and what you’d expect at a Hilton hotel, the pool was nice and clean-bonus that it was a saltwater pool; and our rooms were clean and odorless. The only couple things that kept this from being a 5 star review was that the rooms heat clicked off a couple times, we found a few hairs in the shower, and the pool had no towels and when asked to bring some, the towels were the size of bath mats. I wouldn’t stay here again only because it lacked a hot tub.

  Amazing Leadership, Compassion, and Teamwork! I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible managers at Hampton Inn Chicago/Orland Park, Lesley and Brittany, who have truly gone above and beyond during an extremely difficult time in my life. From the moment I checked in, Lesley has been absolutely amazing. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care have been consistent from day one and continue even now. She works incredibly hard to ensure her team is kind, welcoming, and professional, and it truly shows in every interaction. You can feel her leadership the moment you walk into the hotel. Brittany has also provided excellent customer service. She is very kind, understanding, and supportive. Together, Lesley and Brittany work seamlessly as a team, and because of them, I felt more like family than just a hotel guest. During a time when I was grieving and vulnerable, they showed me nothing but care, patience, and understanding. I am deeply grateful for both of them and for the environment they’ve created at this hotel. Their compassion made a lasting difference for me, and I will never forget it. Oh did I mention how clean the hotel is and the rooms are amazing. The breakfast is also great! Thank you, Lesley, Brittany and staff for everything you do and for leading with heart!

  Exceptional Service During a Very Difficult Time! I stayed at Hampton Inn Chicago/Orland Park for a few days during one of the most difficult moments of my life the passing of my husband. When I arrived, I was in a lot of distress, and I cannot express enough gratitude for David and Kaliyah. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They showed genuine compassion and went above and beyond to make me feel supported and welcomed. They even surprised me with a small goodie bag just to show they cared, which truly meant more to me than they probably realized. Because of David and Kaliyah, my entire stay was peaceful, comforting, and pleasant during a time when I really needed that. Their customer service was outstanding, and their kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you both for being such amazing human beings and for doing your jobs with heart. You are truly appreciated and doing a wonderful job.
