The rooms are just as clean and modern as the lobby, bed is comfortable and plentiful. Super happy with our weekend stay here!

Conveintly, the second night is priced at twice the rate she had paid for the first night so as to trick you into not realizing the cost was single night rather than the cost of the entire stay. When I called later to inquire, the response I got from the front desk (shaquela?) was extremely curt and rude with a dismissive. " That was the weekend rate". Worst customer service interaction I have received at a Hilton property. Lesson here is the property might be okay, but be careful on the staff interactions and make sure you fully understand. If you have an issue expect to be met with rudeness.

Instead of letting me check in and go to my room , she made me stand there for 30mins as she gave a clsss on how to book a room instead of having that person wait.
