- PJPamela JordanJan 1, 20264.0You only get clean linen after the 4th day of spending the night. Room service only consist of making the bed, clean towels, etc... Our housekeeper (Reyna ) made the bed with crumbs and all. Didn't have the sense to shake the sheets. Did not even wipe surfaces clean in the bathroom.The bed was really comfortable. You have to pay for breakfast which i thought was included. It was 17.00 buffett. Pancakes and waffles are not included in the buffett. You can order off the menu if you want to. Its about the same prices as the buffett. Oh I forgot about the $8.00 per night parking. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

- MSMichael SpidelDec 7, 20254.0Room and Hilton staff were great! However, we will never get the room with breakfast included again. Juice glasses were tiny. English muffins were hard, bagels were at least 3 days old. Vendor charged extra if you wanted fresh eggs/omelettes made to order (over and above the $15 already charged to the room. Tried that route once, ordered two plates of fresh eggs and got three along with three extra charges. This used to be our "go-to" place to stay. Not so sure anymore. At least it was clean.

However at check in we were told that breakfast was from 6-10. On Priceline website I wasn't told that I had to buy a separate breakfast package and the staff at check in didn't say so either. Breakfast is a separate package and they don't inform you of it at check in. It's $17 a person for their buffet and cereal. It would have been nice to know about that at check in. That's why I gave service a 3 star.
