stayed here recently. rooms are very dated - haven't been updated in a while and carpets and furniture are a huge eyesore. everything looks like it's from the 90's. phones in room don't work which is very annoying if you need to reach the front desk. they're also very small rooms. staff member I worked with was nice, but room service is extremely slow. when I asked for towels they never showed up. parking being an additional charge is also not cool, as if they have a garage or something. bathrooms are eerie, also had to kill a horsefly on the morning I stayed there while I was in the shower. either there's a nest somewhere or I have no idea. needs renovating from A-Z. will not stay here again.

Though room was pre paid ahead of time, it was not ready and I still had to wait.. The desk clerk told me check- in time was 4 pm; however all the emails I had received from Hilton said check in time was 3 pm - which I showed the desk clerk on my phone. She then stated she would have to call Hilton to let them know.

The location and service was excellent! The hotel is going through some remodeling, exterior and interior. The rooms are comfortable. The gym facilities are updated and newly renovated which is a huge plus. Breakfast was also great and yummy! Plenty of lobby space to hang out or do some work. The staff is definitely what made my day, specially Rafaela during the breakfast service.

EDIT: We are Diamond members. I made the reservation for 1 adult but upon arrival, spoke to the front desk and told them it would be 2 adults and 2 kids. They assured us it was no problem and we would get the daily $30 pp food credit and our info would be updated. I checked with staff each day to confirm our credit was $30. After leaving and receiving my emailed receipt, I saw I did not get $30 per day but only $15 and was overcharged $60. I called twice that day and then the next two days with no return calls and no help. Finally I called the Diamond line and they put a dispute in. It’s been 4 days and no updates or contact. Very disappointing. Florinda was very kind and helpful.

This hotel was so disappointing. The only positve was the front desk staff...they were so pleasant. The hotel was DISGUSTING! Hallways carpets so dirty and some were even taped down, ice machine broke, breakfast (for $20 buffet) was mediocre at best. The worst part was the room...the sitting didnt even have a couch..just an empty space where a counch once was. The drapes were stained. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Bathroom was simply gross...pictures attached. Really expecting more for a Hilton. Oh and it was $8 a night to park your car in their large open parking lot.
