Pathetic room service! We stayed 5 nights. Despite constantly complaining to the manager our bedsheets were not changed even once. Our bathroom was not cleaned once! Just emptied the trash cans and they kept adding toilet rolls only. Room was not vacuumed even once. I am sharing pictures of when we came back to our room after apparently the housekeeper had cleaned it. I was shocked!! There is no room service!!! You have to bring food to your room yourself, and restaurants have very limited hours! Only plus point is size of the room and location of the hotel!

Don't go here if you want to swim in a warm pool area. Place was a igloo sheet hole. Never cleaned, hair everywhere, disgusting. They have space heaters in the pool area so they know it's a issue. Cops came overnight at least once. Trash heating systems hanging out of the walls. Never again.

The let out bed in the room was horrible. The mattress was extremely hard and left my daughter with body aches. The blankets for the let out bed were hard and stiff. I asked for soft blankets and they couldn’t provide me with one. Other than that the room was clean but needs updating.

Hotel is outdated. When arriving, we met with Tracy and she made it feel so welcoming as if you were coming home. The rest of the staff are not helpful. Asked for a couple extra things and would receive a stern no without any further solution. They purposely keep stock low so you’re forced to buy from their market shop. The place felt cheap, not typical Hilton standards.

Since my original review was cut short, I’m creating an update. Rooms are old decor needs to be updated, but clean. Heat blows lightly warm won’t go past 73 degrees, it would change temps at night automatically, wake up cold. Sales team very disorganized many were charged parking fees when it should have been free. Sales quoted incorrect rates which caused me to eat unnecessary costs. I waited 20 minutes for two pancakes during breakfast. Banquet hosts didn’t let us enjoy food asking to take plates too early when guests were not done. She was thoughtful for the complementary vegan plate. The owner actually got on the phone to tell us they didn’t have carry out containers when we received them the previous day. Key card system needs to be updated must try numerous times to get key to work or many grabbed new keys. There are nicer places in Oakbrook. Don’t think we’ll be back to this hotel.
