    The hotel is lovely. We had a nasty storm and the window in my room had a pretty major leak. The staff has been very accommodating. It is one of my company's favorite hotels to use when we travel to the area. I'm just sad the pool was being renovated during my visit. I look forward to seeing the pool on my next visit.

    Nice clean room. The shower faucet was very difficult to figure out. There was nothing included in room. Water bottles were high priced . So was the breakfast. Large smart tv with standard cable station available.

    This hotel used to be my go-to place for quiet time and relaxation, especially before returning to work after winter break. Unfortunately, this stay completely ruined that experience. Check-in was easy and fast, and the room initially appeared clean and fresh. Around 1:02 a.m., I even received a courtesy message from the hotel asking if everything was going well. I responded that everything was fine. However, around 4:00 a.m., I woke up to use the bathroom. When I attempted to get back into bed, I noticed a bug on my pillow. At that point, I immediately started packing my belongings. My only concern was getting out of that room as quickly as possible, so I didn’t stop to take pictures or record a video. I went downstairs and was given another room, but by then, the damage was done. I was mentally uncomfortable and unable to relax or lay down, constantly worrying that the second room might have the same issue. I ended up sitting upright in a chair for the remainder of the night/morning, exhausted and waiting to get ready for work. What was supposed to be a peaceful, restful stay turned into a sleepless and stressful experience. This hotel was once my trusted spot for “me time,” but after this experience, I will not be returning. Very disappointing.

    Nickel and dimed for everything here. Parking was $15/night and the neighborhood isn't even interesting or nice. Charged for 2 water bottles I took from the room, which clearly said on the label was FREE for Silver Hilton members, which I am. Pool wasn't open either during my stay. Overall, not worth the money.
