  After my last horrible stay at hilton hotel I knew I had to write this review about a little hotel thats also under the hilton umbrella. This location was night and day in comparison to the Hampton Inn Tinley/chicag. This hotel is updated and clean, staff was great and treated me and my family wonderful!

  Honestly this hotel wasn’t bad needs updated badly and maybe a few more options for their continental breakfast but the pool worked and they really had the absolute best front desk staff. The lady running the front desk was running around all over the hotel helping with house keeping and keeping the breakfast area clean and filled with food! Overall was worth it for the price!

  Genuinely one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed at. I got checked in by the guy at night, I believe his name was Aaron and he was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was funny and even though it seemed liked there were some other problems going on (there was a lady who kept trying to interrupt my check in with him) he handled it quickly and shut it down. The breakfast is what’s expected although it would be great if they had breakfast sandwiches even if they can’t have the breakfast buffet, and the pool was nice and Aaron made sure to keep the area clean constantly. I would love to return back here just for the customer service alone. 5 stars! Bravo Hilton!

  A very warm thank you to the staff at the Oak Forest Spark. I was warmly greeted by the front desk, they let me check in early and they gave me the scoop on the Spark by Hilton business model. The intent is to be a premium economy hotel. That offers lower cost rooms by providing only the basics. They provide excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, and several cold breakfast selections. The hotel is a little Spartan, but they still have a pool, gym, little fridge in the room and a conference space is available. No microwave in the room, but there is a community microwave in their commissary, which is pretty well stocked. There is also laundry on site, and it's $3.50 per load all together to wash and dry. If you're on the road and want a clean, inexpensive place I would highly recommend Spark. Oh, the night shift guy gave me 50 cents to do my laundry, I didn't have enough quarters. I big thank you, Sir!

  Very unsatisfying I believe they converted from Motel 6 to Sparks and it still someone have the same features. They lied about the accommodation of Fitness room also there's only one microwave in the building not the rooms but the building. I always book with Hilton and I never had a bad experience with them until I went to this location. They really need to update the amenities. Grab and go breakfast would be a better understanding than hot breakfast. A microwave in the building besides your room will be a better understanding. Refrigerator too small. They have no fitness room, but it said they had one. Pool isn't open and expect us to go to the pool across the street at another hotel. They put us in the room where a Jacuzzi used to be at but they didn't fix the tiles on the flooring. They never said that it would be squeaky. However, I was not accommodate for this but just hopefully they see us again.
