Staff immediately helped me and made sure I got a room promptly. Clean rooms, elevators and hallways were always a sign you’re at a good hotel. From check in to check out I had a great experience.

The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and did an amazing job of having all of our rooms prepared for business meetings. The food and drink set up and delivery was flawless. I had staff members attend the conference as well, that through several unknown errors on my part, did not receive the conference rate for their room. I noticed this upon receiving their check out email. The front desk manager was not qualified to help me, but gave me the business cards of those that could in the sales department. I sent an email the next morning and received a prompt response which led to a timely phone call. Mike was polite, professional, and understanding. He graciously resolved my room rate and helped me to learn things along the way. What a great team this hotel and conference center has! They even knew our association's executive director by name!

Staff was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about any of my queries. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. And my bartender made a mean sidecar! More than once! Lol! I highly recommend this Resort even if it’s for a quick weekend get away from the City or if you’re coming up downstate. Dr. AJ

We've consistently had wonderful experiences here, and I realized it was long overdue to share a review. The resort offers a fantastic range of amenities: well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools, two on-site restaurants, a beautiful golf course, and even a newly added pickleball court. The rooms, especially the suites, are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they’re consistently attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a relaxing, upscale experience!

The front desk staff were amazing, professional, friendly, and so accommodating the hotel is minimally decorated but very beautiful and very clean. The views are very nice also we stayed on the seventh floor corner room. It was very quiet a great view of the city lights and exceptionally clean there was not a speck of dirt or dust, and I always look for that and appreciate the cleanliness of hotel rooms. The food at the lobby bar was very good some of the best Buffalo wings I’ve ever had! I loved it that they had an indoor and outdoor pool, although I didn’t get to visit Them. It is minutes from lots of different stores, which I appreciated. I don’t understand Any Negative reviews because my stay was great and I’m a harsh critic. If I ever am in the Oakbrook area again, this is my first choice for a hotel. I also really appreciated the free and ample parking
