    disappointed with the customer service of this hotel. i was overcharged and it took a month for me to even get into contact with a manager even though i called twice a week. my voicemails and emails were never replied to. accidents happen but it is up to the managers audra and andrew to properly train their front desk employees for situations like this and have a quick response time because truly i have wasted so much time on this hotel. i would never stay again

    First room was obviously not fully cleaned. Old half empty water bottle in the table, crumbs on the couch and chairs, hair on the toilet seat. Along with stains on every fabric in the room. They put us in another room and it looked like they had for some cleaning. Still stains every where. The second room was very dark with no lights in half the bedroom and none in the secluded shower. It seemed obvious, after we arrived, that this place doesn't cater to individuals traveling. There's not a lot that was well maintained or any where near luxurious. Everything is worn, shows significant signs of wear and tear, and everything is just a little crusty. They seem to have a lot of space for businesses, conferences, or conventions. Which is where I expect they get most of their business. When we checked out the next morning, my wife and I felt like we might have some sinus issues. The air was extremely dry, and I'm just hopeful that it's due to dust and dander. Not sure if their air filters aren't working or what but we definitely didn't leave rested and excited for our day.

    I was there for a reunion in one of the conference rooms, the place is beautiful, the conference room was big enough, we were a big group, I have the chance to see the pool, oh wow, it is so big and really nice, parking lot is very big, the place is very well maintained, clean and warm. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

    I came to the location for the spa. My daughter's and I stayed 2 nights. We had 2 rooms. The rooms where very nice except no microwave. My only complaint in this property is you have 1 microwave which is located by front desk and is shared for the entire property. My massage and facial was fabulous. The pool was heated and beautiful. Very nice sauna as well as clean! Noise control very calm environment. Staff is fabulous as well. I will now utilize hilton more. I will no longer go to embassy suites. This is a classy more upscale for the budget stay.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always left completely satisfied. The staff is very accommodating, and from the moment I arrive, the atmosphere of hospitality is evident. The front desk team is welcoming, and the restaurant staff is friendly as well. My rooms have always been spotless and fresh-smelling. The hotel also offers a large parking lot with no additional fees, which is a great convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
