Terrible service. The phone number is incorrect and never gets picked up. I was billed twice for one night stay. It took me two weeks to get refunded, but then the refund never posted to my credit card. I am two more weeks trying to get this resolved but not even Hilton customer service is able to call the hotel because the phone number is incorrect or does not work. Very frustrating!

For the last 3 years a convention I go to had been here. There is a moldy and musty smell on a bunch of the room floors. Obvious mold on walls and stains on floors. Evidence in dive friends rings of toilets above them leaking. The staff was amazing though. Super friendly and helpful. The disrepair is not their fault and I know they are doing their best.

The staff was just fantastic!! Front desk couldn't have been more helpful, from 1am arrival to requests and different times stopped by. Just phenomenal. Housekeeping was excellent too. The location is basically perfect and in a very safe area. While the lobby area looked GREAT, the carpets and bathrooms definitely need renovation. The shower tub seemed to be installed on top of nothing, so when you stepped around, it warped and dipped as your foot and the plastic tub sank but would never reached a flooring under it in places, so your weight was being supported by the thin tub surface layer as it creaked horribly and stretched. The hotel and their engineers couldn't deal with the sun coming out on the sun facing rooms while the central heat was on. So during one whole day, it was miserably hot (I took 3 showers in that scary tub). After calling several times they basically said they had other things to attend to and couldn't deal with the over heated room. Thankfully, it cooled off outside dramatically after that.

Serious elevator issues here. One of the three elevators was out all weekend. The parking elevator worked but is alarmingly slow and somewhat erratic. Some mold in rooms, according to my friends who were in other rooms, although I saw none. The biggest issue was with trying to get food, first came the "lunch buffet" which was the only thing available at lunch and was hot dogs and hamburgers for $35/person?! We walked across the street to the Shake Shack and got much nicer hamburgers for a lot less... but in the mall adjacent there is also a Potbelly sandwich shop and a bunch of other options. For dinner, we decided to support the hotel and eat there, but the dining area was so understaffed that it was 20 minutes before someone took our order and brought us water -- and there were still empty tables! Not sure what whoever makes up the work roster was thinking. Our waiter Jaime was efficient and nice, but I think he was called in from somewhere else because he just showed up about 20 minutes into our wait. The prices for dinner-type things were not out of line, not like the $35 hotdogs option for lunch. Wifi: spotty. Good right around reception. Overall appearance: nice. Temperature: it's a difficult time of year -- some rooms too hot, others too cold, so make sure you bring a sweater just in case.

From 2017-2019, I stayed at this hotel numerous times. This was my first time staying here in over 6 years and the rooms that were outdated 6 years ago haven't been touched. Stains on the carpet in the hallways, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, peeling paint and wallpaper, old carpet, a cracked sink, outdated TV, uncomfortable bed, and a stale smell convinced me that I will never stay here again. My coworkers quit staying here for the same reasons. I appreciate the front desk for accommodating me with a different room that didn't have mold on the ceiling but all other issues were still present in the room I was moved to.
