Do not come with family.
The whole time, there was morning constructions in the hallways. The facility smelled like marijuana. People smoking marijuana right outside the doors. They had other parties blasting their own personal speakers in the lobby at 3am. Other guest were loud and did not care about others staying here. The front desk were so nice and helpful when I needed assistance. Unfortunately staff members could not
keep other guest members to function more appropriately which is understandable. Police had to also be involved due to noise complaints unfortunately. Maybe the facility should hire more people to regulate the facility better. Or maybe the facility should specify rules to parties and guest. I spent 1800 dollars for 9 night and would never consider coming back again.

Great location for shopping an food hotel is nice clean rooms an good views , they don’t have microwave or fridge in rooms , oh yeah before I forget ANDREA AT CHECK IS THE BEST SHE DEFINITELY GETS THE JOB DONE IT WAS A BIT OF A RUSH WHEN I CAME IN AN SHE MADE EVERYONE FEEL WELCOMED HANDS DONE SHE THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU WANT AT YOUR FRONT DESK ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS BUSY !!!

I called THE HOTEL, to book a room and no one EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE!
Proceed to call the RESERVATION NUMBER and was attempting to be charged PRE PAY, then was treated disrespectfully by agents 2x and hung up on when requested to speak with a supervisor, after being told, "NO, YOU CAN'T SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT!!!
Decided to book my room with a competitor.

This is not the hotel I remember. Although, the lobby is modern & appealing, it all starts to lose its shine when you enter the elevators, if they're working. Once you get to your room, it feels like an entirely different hotel altogether. Tired, beat, mismatched furniture, band aid fix upon band aid fix. We booked a room with a balcony (slight upgrade) & no refrigerator, no microwave. The paint was peeling, the toilet cracked, the flooring uneven, the temp stifling hot. There was a strange chirping coming from the hallway, like a smoke alarm battery dying. The staff, however, were wonderful. They had their hands full with extremely rude wedding guests & problematic rooms, in which they did their best to rectify. I know they are in the midst of a rehab, but I won't be back anytime soon. I wish them much luck, but I feel their destiny may be sealed.

BED BUGS all over my pillow and bites on my body… mgmt doesn’t care at all.
When I told them about the issue and showed them pictures of the engorged bed bugs that were on me when I woke up I was told “hope your day gets better”
Alex at the front desk said they would contact me and pay for my dry cleaning and laundry (I still have my clothes in the garage I’m very afraid to bring these to my family) management never reached out it’s been two weeks I sent emails and contact Hilton honors.
Just skip this place. There are other issues but not has urgent
I travel 50% for work and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Litterally red bites all over my body.
