We went down and had two more rooms to assigned, they were not much cleaner. We chose to not stay, the lady up front was very kind and it refunded our money. This was very disappointing for a hotel with the Hilton name. Then we had the added frustration of going and finding another accommodation somewhere else. This place needs a good remodel and a deep cleaning.

I stayed on the 20th, and accidentally left a very high end gaming laptop charger under the desk in my room. I realized this a few hours after leaving, and I called the front desk. The worker at the desk said that lost and found was locked up so I would need to call the next morning. I immediately called at 9am the next morning, and the worker hung up on me and kicked me to an automated line, after 10 minutes of going throught eh automated line, I made my way back to the worker. She was rude, abrasive, and dismissive. After arguing with her, she finally checked lost and found and it wasn't there. I mentioned that the charger would likely be missed considering that it was still plugged into the wall. She argued with me a while longer and finally transferred me to house keeping, who didn't answer. They took my number on 3 different occasions, and were supposed to be getting house keeping to check and let me know. I went back and forth with these people like this for 3 days, they kept saying they'd call me back or let me know if they found it in the room, but they never did. Anytime I called the front desk in the day shift, the worker was incredible rude. The other workers were nice, but I never got a return call or text to let me know if it was there. How hard is it to check the damn room for a charger and say "we found it" or "it wasn't there". Jesus Christ. Could have been done in 5 minutes the first day. I ended up buying another charger ($150), and I'll never stay in this hotel again.
