The issue is, we had a room that had an adjoining room/door. About a half hour into our stay the room next door exploded with noise. It must have been a young family because they had little ones who were loud. Children are loud, mine were too. I called and spoke to front desk and expressed my concerns asking what would be the remedy. I was advised by the lady on the phone that she was going to come up. That’s all I know. No check in, no offer to move. I would have moved because it would have been easier as we did not have children with us. Nothing…… crickets. The noise did calm down when the kids went to bed. As soon as the sun came up the children were at it again. Upon leaving I asked how many people were served the day before as the hotel had plenty of space. I was advised that they are sorry and that I could have been moved to a new room had I said something. I did call down, it was not offered. Who would place a family with kids in an adjoining room next to another guest if the hotel had options. I will never stay at this low end hotel ever again. LG
