    Absolutely NOT the place to stay in the area. Staff is rude beyond belief, customer service non-existent and the place is looking like it needs to be remodeled for real, not just fixtures. Door to my room had a gap of greater than 1" at the bottom ensuring all noise in the hall reached my ears. Also, no need for a nightlight as there's also a large gap where the curtains are too short. Check out the picture. How does that meet the cleanliness pledge? I called and discussed all of this with the corporate customer care folks and they PROMISED a call from the GM of the property to review my concerns. As is consistent with other reviewers experience, no call has been received.

    Hello. Staying here from Maryland 23Dec-3Jan 2026. Everything is great. Had one incident with noise after hours and directed to hotel personnel who called in complaint. Noise continued well past 12AM nonetheless. Not the hotels fault. They did what they could and some people are just not respectful of the rules. Didn't want hotel staff to get in conflict nor me….Again, all good and whoever reads this remember to be courteous to all. Have a Happy New Year! USMC Retired.

    We stayed here for our Thanksgiving trip to Chicago. First, customer service, outstanding! Second, the breakfast came in handy as well as the 24 hour tea and coffee stand. The room was nice, beds were comfortable in the hotel altogether was very clean and well kept. The last thing I would love to mention, is Our room, cleaning staff and The front desk, especially Nadia! She checked us in, but the most important part is my son left his headphones when we checked out. Once we got to the airport, we realized that so I called back to the hotel to let them know. They found the headphones, and mailed them directly to us. It is so comforting to know that there are still honest people in this world, and I pray God blesses them extra special this holiday season.
