Oddly enough there was a lacrosse tournament at the local sports complex and rooms miraculously became available at a much higher rate. We also had to scramble to find a new place to stay and there were barely any rooms available anywhere in the area, all were very expensive. I travel constantly for work and have a very high status through Marriott and IHG. Only a gold at Hilton because I try to avoid them due to these type of experiences. Once again not seeing Hilton shine on their customer service or hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised with outstanding service by Keith, who called us after noticing we had left a workbook in the hotel room and offered to mail it back if it was something important we needed.

Keith (night shift) was phenomenal, as was Rose, who took his place at the front desk and helped me sort my printing challenges using the business center. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism you and the rest of the Team provided. The room and services (including the gym and breakfast) were all stellar.

Upon check-in I talked to a gentleman named Keith, he had a plethora of information not only about the hotel but also the area, new construction and hotels that will be build. My room was wonderful just as advertised. Breakfast was spot in and delicious. Morning front desk employees were helpful and polite. Everything in this hotel shows they really value the customers and don't make you feel like an inconvenience... even if you think you are somewhat of an inconvenience. Parking was ample and they of course had handicapped parking.
