I have stayed here before, and it was OK then. Nothing much has changed: The carpets are still filthy both in the rooms and hallways. The breakfast is so-so, food is pre-processed and not that tasty. The maid service is sporadic and poorly timed. I returned from work at 4pm. The maid came after I had laid down for a nap. Why can't they clean the room during the 9 hrs I am gone EVERY DAY? Next stay, I'll be looking for a better, cleaner box hotel in the Rockford IL area. Good Hunting
