    Worst hotel staff. The lady at the check in was extremely rude . I wasn't allowed to check in as I reached late but well before check out even though I explained my flight got delayed due to bad weather.I was charged in full. Never to visit a hilton again here.

    I had a very positive experience at this hotel; the design was modern, the room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were always available with friendly and professional service. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area, adding even more value to my stay. I highly recommend it.

    Not the best experience - I am allergic to feathers. When I discovered that the pillows on the bed were down I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I called the hotel on my cell and the guy who answered said he couldn't provide me with a pillow alternative because all the bedding was locked up for the night. I slept on a folded up blanket so I didn't die. I'm glad we were only staying 1 night.

    There were a dirty pair of socks on the floor in my room, I called the front desk to ask them to have someone come and remove them they said they would send someone an hour later and no one showed I got a text from the manager asking how my stay was and I told them about the situation and got no response after another hour I called down again and they finally sent someone. I then went to take a shower to find there was no hot water so I called down again to let them know and I was told it's because they are remodeling the building and there was nothing they could do. I would have never booked if I would have known that. Was truly a terrible experience and don't recommend for anyone.
