    I had a very positive experience at this hotel; the design was modern, the room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were always available with friendly and professional service. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area, adding even more value to my stay. I highly recommend it.

    Not the best experience - I am allergic to feathers. When I discovered that the pillows on the bed were down I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I called the hotel on my cell and the guy who answered said he couldn't provide me with a pillow alternative because all the bedding was locked up for the night. I slept on a folded up blanket so I didn't die. I'm glad we were only staying 1 night.

    There were a dirty pair of socks on the floor in my room, I called the front desk to ask them to have someone come and remove them they said they would send someone an hour later and no one showed I got a text from the manager asking how my stay was and I told them about the situation and got no response after another hour I called down again and they finally sent someone. I then went to take a shower to find there was no hot water so I called down again to let them know and I was told it's because they are remodeling the building and there was nothing they could do. I would have never booked if I would have known that. Was truly a terrible experience and don't recommend for anyone.

    Pros: Service is nice and the staff is super friendly. Beds are kinda comfortable Cons: This place is very outdated from the weathered look of the outside to the unimpressive guest rooms. Everything is outdated. Hopefully you won't have to spend much time in your room because the TVs are barely functional and don't allow streaming. They don't even have free coffee in the lobby. They charge 4 bucks for that even though it's not good coffee.

    Mouse Droppings and Apathetic Staff I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lisle on November 1st while attending a wedding, and what should have been a pleasant stay turned into a major disappointment. When I returned to my room around midnight, I discovered mouse droppings on one of the beds and in the bathroom sink — a clear and serious hygiene issue. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff member seemed distracted and unconcerned, offering no apology. Another employee, handed me a new room key but never acknowledged the severity of what I had just reported. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or accountability, which is unacceptable for a Hilton-branded property. While I was moved to a different room, the complete lack of concern or follow-up left a terrible impression. A guest should never have to question cleanliness or basic sanitation, especially at a major hotel chain.
