I would give more stars, but when I facetiously mentioned to Christal at the front desk that maybe a ghost had left a QR sticker in my room that wasn’t there when I left but when I came back from being gone, she was adamant no one entered. So I eventually went with the ghost theory. Haha .. Two days later my son (who was the Hilton Diamond member holder) gets a call from the manager, Anton, saying that they would not extend my stay (which I hadn’t requested) because they were concerned I had mental health issues due to me believing there was a ghost in my room. I called Anton and he said that wasn’t the only “complaint” I had made. I asked what he was talking about and he said I made complaints at 1;00 in the morning to the front desk which he said was inappropriate. The hotel is 24 hours and I went out to the lobby to get a Sprite! I told the girl working about the garbage disposal not working which I forgot to mention when I moved to that room from another because of noise from numerous persons, of which were kicked out bec of complaints by other persons besides me. I really liked most of the girls working there, but I’m not sure who can be trusted. Anton is a horrible manager. Who just listens to a staff member say that a guest has mental health issues over a ghost comment?! And to spread such harmful and hurtful lies about someone. But also that you would want to lose money over a gossipy hateful staff member.
Anton refused to fix the garbage disposal for the rest of my stay. Also, their dryer did ruin my blanket which he reluctantly paid for, so I’ll give him that. I can’t recover the damage done to my mental health by the lies and accusations, though.
Shame. The hotel is very clean. Too bad the staff and management aren’t.

This hotel was clean, quiet and a very comfortable stay while our home was in repair for an insurance claim. It was the only pet friendly place we found that accepted cats. The room was huge.

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was good quality. Service was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with plenty of amenities. One of the important things I'll note is When my son found out he had a extra night with his liberty last minute. They were very accommodating in getting him an extra room booked.

Great Home2- just fix the lobby!
I've stayed here several times for business since 2022. I really like the Home2 brand with kitchens, modern rooms, and laundry/gym area. This one is in a safe area, but a bit remote and too far to walk anywhere from the hotel. Their basic housekeeping every other day works well for longer stays.
My only issue is the lobby/lounge- normally where I go when I get tired of working in my room. Seems they don't want people using this area anymore?
-Loud holiday music blasting from a big speaker all day (impossible to work or talk)
-Coffee/hot water never refilled after breakfast
-One full day with every chair up on the tables
