- NWNathaniel WhitbeyDec 29, 20255.0Let me start by saying that if you have the honor to meet Sharon at the front desk, you will not only have the best stay but the best trip in Chicago. We checked in late around 11:30pm and met Sharon at the desk. Right away She asked us how our trip in was and how we were doing. She chatted with us for a little while about our plans for the following day and gave us great advice on things we could visit and do around the city. Not to mention Sharon was highly knowledgeable about the Hilton brand and gave us great recommendations for the future if we decide to continue staying within the Hilton brand of hotels. We had a great time conversing with Sharon and it was a nice break from our long drive down from Minnesota. The room was absolutely spotless and we loved that we were on the first floor since we were traveling with our service animal. It made taking our dog in and out to the use the bathroom a breeze and it was nice that we didn’t have to worry about any guests below us. Sharon, thank you so much for your warm welcome, the advice, and the kind nature of your personality. You truly made our night! Go Bears!

They went so far above and beyond in helping me sort out a complicated booking cancellation, and did it with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I accidentally booked with a third-party booking site, which was tricky, but Kyra and her team truly represent what hospitality is supposed to be. They were professional, compassionate, and beyond helpful every step of the way. And a quick word to travelers- book directly through Hampton Inn!! But, Kyra and her team are a reflection of the very best of Hilton hospitality. I’m so grateful and will absolutely choose this location in the future!

We arrived in the evening and were greeted by Ms. Sharon at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Later that night, we had an issue accessing the pool area at the last minute - our kids were feeling emotional after dropping off a family member at the airport, so this meant a lot. The AGM, Ms. Shawna, and Mr. Ruben went above and beyond to help us. They made sure we had everything we needed so the kids could enjoy their time and relax. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the staff’s professionalism and helpful attitude made the entire stay excellent. My youngest (4) even said he wanted to leave them a “1,000-star review”! Highly recommended.
