  Great experience. The rooms are clean, and they smell nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond for us. We were there for my grandson who was graduating from the Navy bootcamp. During the hustle and bustle of us getting ready, I lost my ticket. We called the hotel and asked them to check our room for the ticket and sure enough it was. We had no time to turn back we would be late, so we contacted the hotel again and asked when the next shuttle would be headed our way. Thankfully, it was going to be headed our way in 5 minutes. The shuttle driver delivered my ticket to me and saved the day. If I go back to the area and need a hotel, I will book with them again.

  The girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay.. everything wa impeccable.. friendly professional staff ( the only small issue was not having adjoining / connecting rooms like Nathan from Hilton had promised) other than that great breakfast and friendly staff!! Thanks for the Hospitality!!!!! Frankie edit: Sabrina emailed and rectified the small mishap.. thanks again!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Stay — Truly Above and Beyond Hilton Standards I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Libertyville, Illinois, and I have to say—this property delivers superlative service on every level. From the moment I arrived, the experience far exceeded even the already high expectations I associate with the Hilton brand. The rooms were spotlessly clean, fresh, and exceptionally well-maintained. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work, and it made my stay feel comfortable and cared for in every way. The staff was outstanding, and two people in particular deserve special mention. Leah at the front desk provided excellent customer service—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. And the manager, Sabrina Maganan, sets the tone for the entire hotel. Her leadership, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience truly shine. She made me feel valued, welcomed, and appreciated from start to finish. This location is a franchise, but it consistently goes above and beyond even Hilton’s own standards. The level of service and hospitality here easily outshines many corporate-managed properties. I had just come from another Hampton Inn (which I will not name), and the difference was night and day. Libertyville restored my confidence in the brand. If you’re traveling through the area—whether for business, family, leisure or staying here to be present for your first grandchild to be born, do yourself a favor and stay here. It was perfect from check-in to check-out, and I will absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended.

  We're going to get 6 in of snow so I decided to stay in the hotel overnight and this was you know $130 and worth it. Everything's clean. Wendy's is across the street. I'd stay here again

  The Staff was great! Even suggesting new things to try in the area since we had some time to kill. Breakfast options were really good as well and actually tasty. Plenty of pillows in the rooms and wasnt a problem to get extra towels and blankets since we were also using the pull out sofa
