    This was an excellent stay at an excellent property. I needed a comfortable overnight before an early flight out of O'Hare and this was perfect. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, no extra parking charge and just 20 minutes to O'Hare.

    Rob at the front desk was wonderful, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay! The lobby was cute and inviting, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool!

    We had a great stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and nice and quiet, which made it very relaxing. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved it. The staff really made the difference — Rob and Alyssa were especially kind, helpful, and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

    Rob was very friendly, warm, and helpful. He did his best to refer food . Provided a menu . He made check in smooth and easy. Ivan and Juan were very nice and quick. I ordered the hummus platter . The veggies were clean and fresh (I wondered HOW in the middle of the snow , I’m from Florida lol) , I saw in the kitchen it was clean. Juan worked quickly . Ivan paid attention to everyone who came to the counter. After checking out I saw 2 charges attempted (I kept my cards locked so it didn’t approve) for $6 that I was really confused about given that I used my own groceries and water my job supplied from our work office. Alyssa answered the phone and reassured me that the deposit was released and that the $6 payment was not charge and that she would correct house keeping on notating that I used their water. Alyssa was very pleasant and nice. I enjoyed my stay . The rooms were decent and clean. I loved how clean the bathrooms were and how HOT the water was. I did at one point wish that the thermostat would get a little hotter . But that could have just been my Floridian blood not finding anything hot enough. Ultimately I slept like a baby and was very warm. Thank you for the hospitality !!

    My event and stay was wonderful. My family and friends cannot stop raving about the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous of any request we had. Pricila was a lifesaver and was able to help and suggest places for me to get last-minute items for my event. Alyssa was also a lifesaver. She was courteous and very accommodating with all my requests. Both of these young ladies went above and beyond with their customer service, and I plan on doing more business with this hotel in the future. Keep these two on payroll; they are definitely one of a kind.
