Bad experience in room 208. Thermostat would only turn on the AC, not heat when it was 32 degrees outside. Bath fan broken. Toilet paper holder does not hold. Terrible scented cleaner smells in hallway and room. Herd of elephants arrived above us at 12:30 AM. All told, this was a terrible value for $145/night. Significantly degrades my expectation of what Hampton Inns are like.

This is a minor thing, but still rather important. This is the first Hilton property I have ever stayed in (and I’m a Diamond member) where there was only one trash can, which was in the bathroom. I asked for another but was told it wasn’t available. The “smart” TV had YouTube and Netflix buttons on the remote, but no apps on the actual TV. I was told I was the only person who had ever asked about such a thing. Strange, because most Hilton properties now feature smart TVs. Plus there was only one hook in the bathroom for hanging towels and it was on the door, which is pretty useless when you’re in the shower. Oh, and no ice maker on the first floor. It seems we clearly have a case of a very cheap owner unwilling to pay for basic features that nearly all Hilton brands offer. The staff was nice and the room clean, but the lack of these basic amenities was disappointing. Won’t be staying there again.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Despite running the shower for an extended period after three attempts, the water remained cold throughout our 3-night stay. To make matters worse, the elevator broke down, and someone got stuck in it! Since we were on the 3rd floor, we had to carry our luggage downstairs because the elevator was not operating. While I appreciate having a bed to sleep in, the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was unsanitary, with concerning odors and stains on the floor. Additionally, the bathroom had visible rust and mold, and missing or damaged fixtures. The window was also so dirty that visibility was severely impaired. This is one of the worst Hilton properties we have ever stayed at and needs serious maintenance work, repairs, and renovation. It's overpriced for the area and the condition of the property. I would not recommend staying here at all.

We stayed 4 nights and our rooms were never serviced. I went to the front desk every day to get fresh towels to restock our rooms and tolietry products, garbage liners as I emptied the trash bins as well.On 2 separate conversations I was told our rooms would be serviced and they never were. I serviced two rooms myself and I paid a hefty price for those.

The rooms were not fully cleaned. Multiple pubic hair in the tub, dirty wash cloth on the stinky shower curtain, floor not vaccumed, dirty microwave, disposable flossers in all thebhoding places, dead and live bugs throughout the room. Public spaces dirty unvaccumed floors and dirty public bathrooms. The pool the kids were excited about is an ice plunge and everyones lips were blue within minutes. The hot tub is filled with concrete and pool towels were unavailable. The cleaning staff is not on duty daily to keep up with laundry and cleaning. We booked a king suite months ago and were given a double queen saying they couldn't do anything about it because now all the kings were unavailable (probably unbooked just not cleaned). They refuse any discount or refund for any of this. Giving two stars because i have not been bit by bed bugs and the building has been updated and they do some marginal cleaning. But i would never recommend staying here and we wont be back.
