Tried contacting the property and they told me they would charge me for the entire stay if I cancelled. This location used to go above and beyond for their guests but now they would rather make someone broke than be understanding. People used to be kind and understanding during the holidays but only care about themselves now.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Elizabeth was helpful as well as the other staff. The breakfast was great, they had a large selection of food to choose from. A lot better than most premium hotels. They had plenty of parking and an underground pool which our kids took advantage of. If I was ever in the area again, I’d stay here.
