We had breakfast after staying one night. Nate was such a blessing to have around. He took our dishes and maintained a professional attitude, while talking to me like we've been friends forever. It really means a lot. We're visiting grandparents and this may be the last time... thank you Nate!!

This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are excellent, especially the made to order breakfast and spacious rooms. The free drink vouchers are dangerously generous. I have a few small gripes though. Parking costs money, but I believe there is a public lot nearby if that's a dealbreaker for you. There are no first floor rooms meaning you are guaranteed to be waiting for the elevators which always seem to have one out of service. And the Internet requires you to sign in daily, which is annoying when it kicks you off in the middle of something every day. But I highly recommend this hotel.

The omelette chef here is one of a luxury hotel. Albert cooked me and my group one of the best omelettes we have ever had! Along with that he is very accommodating and kind to guests. I would recommend coming and getting an omelette if you’re getting breakfast here!

This past weekend we booked this site for a wedding for my nephew and his fiancée…I was the wedding coordinator for this event…so many problems I can’t even begin to say…one of the biggest failures on their part is communication and willingness to pass the Buck to someone else…the electrical issue in the ballroom was absolutely unacceptable…we went from lights to no lights to lights with the inability to dim the lights…we had to load all of the weddIng decorations in the pitch black this morning with the use of our flashlights on our phones… Bar was contracted to be open from 5-11 but were told the bar wouldn’t be open until 5:45…had to step in and get that corrected… Requested round tables for wedding only to arrive with them placing square tablecloths on round tables…unacceptable! And then many of the linens were not clean and had to be replaced…the skirts on the tables were not ironed and were in my opinion again unacceptable… The sales manager Taylor was absent after 5 pm on Friday…if you are going to sell an event…you need to “own” that event… The general manager Joe Browning was an absolute no show while all this was going down… The poor gentleman working the bar was overwhelmed by his task and the ability to take care of the crowd (actually a very small group of 100)…lack of staff seemed to be a big issue…we ended up helping clear the plates of food ourselves… Kudos go to Stephanie who tried her best but some higher ups apparently holding her back to make critical decisions… Also Kudos go to the chefs…the buffet was excellent… I would NEVER recommend this hotel for anything…

We stayed here for Anime Aki-Con this past weekend (10/25) and it was a great stay! Their rooms are fantastic with enough space to move around and the amenities within the room was terrific! The mini fridge had plenty of space. Only challenge we found was that we turned the A/C pretty low (even in the fall) and it still stayed about 70 degrees, which was too warm for the quantity in the room. The breakfast was phenomenal as the made-to-order omlettes were very much the highlight. Their chef has a great personality and was very entertaining and accommodating. The scrambled eggs were a bit rubbery, so we generally stuck to the omlettes and other items. Having to use the omlette line to get the sausage, bacon, waffles, or pancakes was also a little odd, as it made the chef do A LOT of work, but it sounded like he was well compensated. The parking area was very sufficient and being right next to Steak N' Shake was amazing! The complimentary drinks was also a major plus for the evenings. In addition, the little snacks they serve acted as a great appetizer for eventual dinner! All-in-all, definitely top tier!
