  All good except my room was next to the stairwell door, woken up several times thought out the night from door slamming.

  I stayed for two days and each staff member I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the daily cleaning of the hallways and common areas as these spaces are often neglected in many hotels. The room itself was clean and met my former hotel employee standards. The location is conveniently 2-3 minutes from the highway and there are chain stores and restaurants nearby for any last minute needs. Will definitely stay again if I venture through northern Illinois in the future.

  I booked and prepaid for two rooms for one night for two sets of visitors. Despite having prepaid for this reservation my guests were also charged upon check out. One of my guests was charged for a single room, while the other guest was charged for both rooms. Collectively this means we paid for 5 rooms. Sounds like something that should be easy to fix, but it's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone at this location. The phone menu just goes in circles with no one ever answering for me. One of my party members was able to get through and was told rudely that they would have to call back because they were unable to do anything about it. I get that this property is brand new and there are growing pains, but goodness that's a lot of errors and absolutely no accountability.
